Chapters 11 - 12

In this part of the book, Petra get attacked by a monster, and it eats her pony. This incident brings the whole "mind group" together which is bad. Some guy catches them all and gets very suspicious. David then has to teach Petra how to use thought shapes properly and she gets better at it. Uncle Axel talks to David and confesses that he was the one who killed Alan. He also warns David that some people are looking at him suspiciously. David tells this information to his buddies and they all agree to kill in order to survive. Not too long after, they get found out. Sally and Katherine get abducted and David, Rosalind and Petra get moving. On one of Rosalind's watches, she has to kill someone who was following them. The group gets distress signals from Katherine and Sally explains that Katherine confessed. Soon Petra gets thought shapes from a person in Zealand. What the person describes of their land really connects to what David used to dream of when he was little.

This was an interesting part because it answers some questions who had from earlier on. Questions like "Who killed Alan?" and stuff. I think that later on, Katherine will die, and the Zealand people come. I think that a bunch of people like Mark and Michael will die as well. David and Rosalind will either probably live in the Fringes for the rest of their lives, or go to Zealand.
