Chapters 5&6
In this part of the book, David almost kills a kid you tells the inspector about Sophie. Sophie and her family have to move away. David's dad finds out that David has been playing with a deviation and flips out. Sophie could possibly be dead. I think that Sophie will either die in the end, or hate David for life. Uncle Axel was really cool by the end of chapter 6. David found that Uncle Axel could be the only person to trust. I think that David will eventually make the trip of his life to the south. Uncle Axel is doubtful in his trust with the Repentances. He is doubtful because there are so many other people that think that they are doing the right thing. Sometimes I feel like that is the same with us sometimes with our religion.

Very interesting, Laura! I agree that many people thinking they are doing the right thing is very much like Christians and our separate denominations. Keep up the good work!
